How do I get notified when the last file has been uploaded?

Great utility, but how do I know when the last file has been uploaded? Is it when I get a postback or ...?

Maybe I was a bit vague in my question.

I'm using Visual Studio Pro 2010. ASP.NET 4.0 C# and would like to be notified at the server side when all files have been uploaded.
I tried the JavaScript client-side version, which has a notification flag "isLast" but it gives an exception when I use the pre-compiled dll. When I build the project from source using dotnet 4 as platform target, it does not work at all.

How should I proceed here? This thing does exactly what I need?

Best Regards

Maybe it is too late to answer your question. Check the FolderName to see if it is there.
<fjx:FileUploader ID="FileUploader1" runat="server" IsSingleFileMode="false" Width="300"
                        InitiateUploadOnSelect="False" OnFileReceived="FileUploader1_FileReceived"
                        ViewStateMode="Enabled">
                        <Adapters>
                            <fjx:FileSaverAdapter Runat="server" FolderName="~/App_Data/TempUploadedMenuFolder" />
                        </Adapters>
                    </fjx:FileUploader>
